Programme Overview
Organisations and the boards that govern them are facing increasingly complex challenges. These challenges range from the rapid increase in technological innovation, cyberattack and cybercrime to dealing with the changing face of regulation following the global financial crisis of 2008. To deal with these challenges, the need for an effective board of the highest quality has become even more important. In addition, there is a regulatory and investor appetite for governance renewal and accountability. The arms of regulators are stretching longer by the day and the intention is to hold boards vicariously responsible for their organisations’ losses and/or failures.
